Tokyo Under Construction  -  東京コンストラクション (2018-)

After moving to Tokyo in 2018, Mirai Totoki noticed frequent changes and reconstructions of the city and began collecting photo-documentation of construction sites and empty lots and presenting her fieldwork as Tokyo Under Construction series.

Tokyo Under Construction is a collection of more than 50 intervened photographs of urban spaces and  it works as sketches for other art pieces such as the Tokyo Akichi Project installation series.
